COOKIES

This website also uses so-called cookies. A cookie is a text file with an identification number that is transmitted to the user’s computer and stored there together with the other data actually requested when you use the website. The file is kept there for later access and serves to authenticate the user.

Since cookies are just simple files and not executable programs, they pose no threat to your computer. Cookies do not contain any personally identifiable information, so that the protection of your privacy is guaranteed. Your Internet browser accepts cookies automatically if you have chosen this setting for your browser. This setting can be changed and the storage of cookies disabled or set so that you are notified when a cookie is deposited. However, if you should choose to deactivate the use of cookies, some functions of the website may not be available or only available to a limited extent.

The website of tisoomi GmbH uses temporary (so-called “session”) cookies, i.e. cookies that are only valid for the period of a so-called “session” and are automatically deleted when the browser is closed. tisoomi GmbH may link to other websites where cookies may also be used.

Another permanent cookie with a duration of 3 months is used to create internal statistics for the website.

GOOGLE ANALYTICS

tisoomi GmbH uses the Google Analytics service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), parent company is Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter “Google”). This service enables an analysis of the use of this website and uses cookies for this purpose. On this website, Google Analytics has been extended by the code “gat._anonymizeIp();”. This ensures an anonymous collection of IP addresses. The anonymisation of your IP address is usually done by Google shortening your IP address within the European Union or other contracting states of the European Economic Area (EEA).

As part of the Google Analytics Advertising feature, remarketing and reports on performance by demographic characteristics and interests are used. The purpose of these procedures is to use the information on user behaviour to align advertising measures more closely with the interests of the respective users. Within the framework of remarketing, personalised advertising measures can be placed on other websites on the basis of your browsing behaviour on our website. In doing so, the advertising material may contain products that you have previously viewed on our website. If you’ve consented to Google linking your web and app browsing history to your Google Account and using information from your Google Account to personalise your ads, Google will use that information for cross-device remarketing. You may object to the collection of your data through Google Analytics at any time.

Most browsers accept cookies automatically. However, you can prevent the use of cookies by setting your browser; in this case, however, you may not be able to use all the functions of the website. You must set the settings separately for each browser you use. You may also prevent Google from collecting and processing this information by downloading and installing the browser add-on available from the following link: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

Alternatively, or within browsers on mobile devices, click on the following link: Deactivate Google Analytics. An opt-out cookie will be stored on the AdDefend GmbH user device for AdDefend GmbH web pages with effect for the currently used browser. If the cookies are deleted in this browser, this link must be clicked again.

The data processing, in particular the setting of cookies, is carried out with your consent on the basis of art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until then.

It cannot be ruled out that Google transfers data to Google LLC in the USA for the purpose of storage and further processing. If such data is transferred to the USA, this is based on the standard contractual clauses of the EU Commission: https://business.safety.google/intl/en/adsprocessorterms/

GOOGLE REMARKETING

We use the remarketing technology of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland; parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). The Google Remarketing tool will redirect users who have already visited our websites to the Google Partner Network pages through interest-based advertising. For this purpose, Google Remarketing tracking pixels are integrated on this page, which record user behaviour on the website (e.g. websites viewed), the technical characteristics of the website visit (e.g. the browser used, the IP address) as well as purchasing behaviour (e.g. websites last visited) without personal reference and transmit them to Google. Google uses cookies for the purpose of recognising and assigning users.

Where users have consented to have their web and app browsing history linked by Google to their Google account and information from tisoomi GmbH’s Google account used to personalise ads they see on the web, Google uses data from these logged-in users together with Google Analytics data to create and define audience lists for cross-device remarketing. To support this feature, Google Analytics collects Google-authenticated IDs of these users. This personal data from Google is temporarily linked with Google Analytics data from tisoomi GmbH to form target groups.

The data processing, in particular the setting of cookies, is carried out with your consent on the basis of art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR. You can revoke your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until revocation.

More information and options for deactivating this ad placement can be found at https://adssettings.google.com/u/0/authenticated?hl=en (link “Ad settings”, then “Deactivation”). This is regardless of whether Google provides a user account that you are logged in to or whether no user account exists. If you are logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on Google, you must log out before activating the button. Google saves your data (even for users who are not logged in) as usage profiles and evaluates them. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact Google to exercise this right. This website uses the “Like” and “Share” plugins from Facebook. Facebook is operated by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2, Ireland, parent company Meta Platforms, Inc (USA) (hereinafter “Facebook”). When the user calls up a website that contains such a plugin, his browser establishes a direct connection with the Facebook servers. This transmits to the Facebook server which of the websites the user has visited. If you are logged in as a Facebook member, Facebook assigns this information to your personal user accounts on these platforms. When using these plugins, such as “Like” or “Share”, this information is assigned to your Facebook user account, which you can only prevent by logging out before using the plugin. This website also contains remarketing tags from Facebook. When the user calls up a website that contains such a plugin, their browser establishes a direct connection with Facebook’s servers. The extended data protection mode is used here, which, according to the provider, does not initiate the storage of user information until the video(s) are played. If the playback of embedded YouTube videos is started, the provider uses “YouTube” cookies to collect information about user behavior. According to “YouTube”, these serve, among other things, to collect video statistics, to improve user-friendliness and to prevent abusive practices. If you are logged in to Google, your information will be directly associated with your account when you click on a video. If you do not wish to be associated with your profile on YouTube, you must log out before activating the button. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles, whereby you must contact YouTube to exercise this right.
